It's a tough world. You wake up super early in the morning, taking a freaking cold shower, and prepare yourself. Then you headed towards your tiny little cubicle where you spent 9 hours out of your 24 hours doing pretty much the same thing every single day just because you got to survive tomorrow.
Then you go home, really tired, you throw yourself onto the couch, and started thinking about when was the last time you feel genuinely happy? The answer to that question doesn't even pop a light bulb in the corner of your brain.
So you go out there, searching for someone who can give it to you. You found them. For a while, everything seems great. Until it doesn't anymore. They leave you, and because you depend on them to giving you the happiness you are constantly craving. And just like them, the happiness leaves you as well.
Now you are back to square one.
I think it's easy to lose ourselves cramped beneath the pile of our routines and eventually feel drained. That's when you don't feel happy anymore. So you are searching for it everywhere. But you forget that the best happiness comes from within.
You can't demand happiness from others because once you depend on it, you will forever put them on top of the list instead of yourself. Isn't your well-being comes first? How can you prioritize someone if you don't even prioritize yourself?
