As you grow older, the expectations people have about you increase as well. It sucks, but somehow it's just how society is. For example, if you turn thirty, they expect you to be married, have a baby on the way, sitting in a managerial position at your work, and own a house.
These expectations are insane. Do they have any idea how fucking expensive a property is? Some people don't even want to get married, and that's totally okay. And not sitting in a managerial position at your work when you turn thirty does not mean you are a failure.
Sure, they love to compare you to others, and even themselves, who live a life they expect you to have.
But, what if all we need is just one opportunity? Just one, to turn all this into something even better than their expectations, and it will blow their fucking minds. And what if it all takes that one thing to turn their life upside down too? From having everything to nothing.
Just one. Imagine that, just one opportunity to change the course of your life.
