10 Steps to Self Care

  1. If it feels wrong, don’t do it.
  2. Say “exactly” what you mean.
  3. Don’t be a people pleaser.
  4. Trust your instincts.
  5. Never speak badly about yourself.
  6. Never give up on your dreams.
  7. Don’t be afraid to say “no”.
  8. Don’t be afraid to say “yes”.
  9. Resist the need to always have control.
  10. Stay away from drama and negativity – as much as possible.

1, 2, 3, 5, 6, I'll try my best especially at the number 5.

But looking at the number 10... Hm... I don't know. I did my very best to stay away from any useless drama and negativity, but somehow people often found one to get to me and I was not even interested in join the opera (you know what I mean). They just kept pulling my leg. But you know what, I'll just turn my wheel around and walk away from now on. Yep.
